Alan joined a firm of Solicitors in London as an office junior in 1970 and was promoted to the Conveyancing Department in 1972.  Alan qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1988 and has been with Stephens & Son LLP since 1981. Due to a change in the Regulations governing solicitors practices, Alan became a Partner in May 2009. Alan is the joint head of the Property Department and has 35 years experience in all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing. He specialises in the grant, renewal and variation of leases, the sale and purchase of commercial property, the sale and purchase of licensed premises and commercial and residential developments.
