Caroline Brooks-Johnson

Inheritance

Although born in Kent, Caroline Brooks-Johnson grew up in Hereford.  She studied law in Bristol and then attended the College of Law in Guildford.  Following articles in Hereford Caroline qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and has worked in Kent since then.  She has a background in non-contentious matters including residential and commercial property.

Caroline joined Stephens & Son LLP in 2003 as a Partner and head of the Inheritance Department and now specialises in wills, probate, trusts and estate planning.  She has a large elderly client practice and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
