From time to time, businesses and individuals may find themselves caught up in a dispute of some kind.  The experience can be very stressful and potentially expensive, particularly if you lose.

Our specialist team understands the potential impact a dispute or court proceedings can have and provides realistic advice on the options available.  We will discuss with you mediation or arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings.  We will help you to try to negotiate a settlement.  If the dispute cannot be resolved in any other way, we will help you take your case through the court process.

We will discuss costs and funding options with you at the outset.  Conditional Fee Agreements are available for certain cases.  We can also act for you where you have legal expenses insurance.
