Peter qualified as a Solicitor in 1983 having been awarded a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies at Guildford County College of Technology.  Peter has practised since qualification in London and North Kent and is the joint head of our Property Department. Peter has 25 years experience of dealing with commercial property and specialises in licensed premises sales, purchases and leases acting for both landlord and tenant, commercial (freehold and leasehold) acquisition/disposals and advising charities in connection with formation and general charity issues to include the difficult area of charity property.
