If you have been injured through someone else’s fault, you may be entitled to claim compensation for your injury, and for loss of earnings and other expenses.  Dealing with Insurance companies, investigators and solicitors appointed to act for your opponent, doctors and experts can be particularly stressful at such a time.  We can help you make sure that your injuries are properly assessed and that you receive the right compensation.  We may be able to secure early treatment for you, or an interim payment to help you at a difficult time.

We provide advice and help in a wide range of claims. We frequently represent bereaved relatives at Inquests.  We also deal with claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, and claims to the Motor Insurers’ Bureau involving untraced or uninsured drivers.  We handle cases ranging from the relatively small to the very large and complex, including inquests and cases in the Court of Appeal.

We also handle specialist areas such as mesothelioma and asbestos related claims including claims in relation to Chatham Dockyard and other local employers.
